Our newly constructed clubhouse was designed to be at the hub of our community. In addition to our management and leasing offices, our fitness center, community room, business center and library are all located at the clubhouse. The clubhouse is home to our range of resident activities and community service projects. The architecture of the building brings tremendous light into our fitness center as well as our other resident use rooms. We worked hard to create an atmosphere in which our residents feel comfortable.

Landings at Pine Lake offers you the versatility of working out in our lakeside fitness center from 5:00 A.M. to Midnight daily. With a wide variety of fitness equipment you can create the workout you want. Enter the fitness center with your specially encoded fitness “fob” which allows keyless entry. Featuring everything from elipticals to state of the art treadmills to weight machines, you’ll find the perfect equipment to fit your needs.

Many activities are based from or around our clubhouse. Whether it’s our Annual Community Day Craft Fair & Flea Market, monthly BINGO night or Wednesday night pilates classes…the clubhouse is bound to be at the center of activity.

Landings at Pine Lake maintains a business center within our clubhouse that offers two computers complete with color printing capabilities as well as high speed internet access. This is a popular amenity with our residents; it is especially popular with students who enjoy having a professional location in which to study. This amenity is provided without charge and the hours of operation for the business center are: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 9:00 A.M. to 5:30 P.M., Wednesday 9:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M., Saturday 10:00 A.M. to 5:30 P.M. and Sunday 12:00 P.M.. to 5:00 P.M.
